I have just made a payment for lifetime membership but I am still unable to use any features from the kinedu app?

Thanks for reaching out! Have you tried completely closing the app and opening it again? This normally works – just means the app needs to refresh. Double click on the home button on your iphone and then swipe the Kinedu screen up. Open the app again and you should be able to have access to everything. Please let us know if that is not the case.
