Since you found out about the arrival of the baby, you’ve probably been in superhero mode: eating healthy, exercising, and preparing for everything! But have you thought about your emotional well-being? It’s just as important!

Of course, we want a “happy mom = happy baby,” but that doesn’t mean you have to be constantly smiling or hiding your emotions. Being pregnant and becoming a mom are huge changes, and it’s normal to feel all sorts of things!

So many thoughts can be swirling in your mind: doubts, fears, nostalgia… even questions about your identity. Don’t worry about having those thoughts, it’s normal. Recognizing your emotions shows that you’re brave and strong.

If you need to vent or talk to someone, don’t hesitate to seek support. You can reach out to your family, friends, or even your doctor. They are here to help you! And if you want to go deeper, you can visit a psychologist. In those spaces, you can talk without judgment and work on your well-being.

Remember, you’re a mom in the making! Your emotional well-being is like a little seed that will grow and bloom alongside your baby. Taking care of yourself is a priority!
